Welcome to our world. We are glad you stopped by. Here is my story:

I grew up in Southern Pines, NC with 3 little sisters, 1 brother and two very loving parents.

Margaret, Mom, Rebekah (the baby), Dad, Me, Oliver, & Karen.

I met Michael on a meeting prior to a mission trip and then we got to known each other in Africa. Sadly I had to leave after 10 short days, while he stayed for the remainder of the summer. We fell in love over hand written letters. Then September we were engaged and married 6 weeks later. Yes a whirl wind of a romance, and I would not have changed it for anything!

We were married October 20th 2007. 

He actually ran me down the isle once we were announced!

Shortly after we were married we moved to South Carolina so Michael could get his masters. After being there for a few years we found out that we were going to be blessed beyond compare with our beautiful little girl, Grace.

Grace was born August 17th 2012 and has completely changed our life for the better. 

Welcome to our world as I document the day ins and outs of our journey. You will read about our family, our new home, my love of running and the most importantly our love for our Savior. Our marriage and lifestyle is built on the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, as we daily look to Him.
